Boris has over three decades of experience in working with communities and local and state agencies in solving water resource issues ranging from flood mitigation, water and wastewater infrastructure, and green best management practices.

Hobby:Tinkering with projects around the house. I also love to play competitive tennis and golf too! Though my golf game is nothing to brag about.

Season:Fall. Football, fall colors, and of course the gateway to the Holidays.

Happy Place:Christmastime with the family at home.
